These durable cryogenic storage boxes are made of extra strong polycarbonate. The boxes are autoclavable and accommodate 81 Cryovial® tubes. A transparent cover allows the user to view the contents of the box. The cover is keyed to the base to prevent misalignment. The surface is printed with a series of numbered (1-81) squares and accepts writing with markers. A unique color coding system uses colored plastic grids to separate the cover from the base of the box. Each storage box is supplied with an innovative vial picker to facilitate easy removal of the Cryovial® from the storage box.

Layout of the gas lines from the Gas Purification panel to the instrument table are channelised through these casings. Casing are available in PVC Casing Capping type , M.S powder coated, aluminum powder coated & Mellatic type , which are used for laying different size of tubing from one place to another place . It gives professional and excellent look to the laboratory & adequate protection to the tubing .

Activated charcoal is used for the purpose of removing hydrocarbon impurities from the carrier as well as fuel gases, especially for reducing the errors in analysis while using FID. These materials have a very large surface area & pore diameter to adsorb large size hydrocarbon molecules.

Activated Charcoal / Carbon material should be replaced after 1 ½ to 2 years. Keep the activated Charcoal / Carbon at 1100 C for 2 – 3 Hrs for regeneration or its better to replace the Activated Charcoal / Carbon
