Need for Purification panel in Gas Chromatography as been realized now beyond any doubts both for the column & the detector. As a number of problems in Gas Chromatographic analysis are caused by impure gases, the gases used in the GV have to be pure and free form Oxygen Hydrocarbon and moisture as they are harmful to GC. The hydrocarbons present may give baseline noise and irreproducible results. Moisture and oxygen can strip phase, case excessive bleed thus damaging the GC column or shorten its span. The Deluxe Gas Purification and Controller system is designed to remove oxygen, moisture, hydrocarbons, oil ad other foreign materials form gas streams. The system eliminated noise and unaccepted signals of gases in order to obtain peak resolution and peak tailing in the analysis. The carrier gas passes through oxygen and moisture removal filters and passes through moisture and hydrocarbons removal filters and hydrogen passes through moisture removal filter. All gas streams are controlled by a constant pressure regulator, the inlet ad outlet pressure being displayed on gauge. The system is wall mounted. Silent Features

Gas Control Box is used when there is more than one Gas Chromatogragh. It helps to control the flow and pressure of different gases for different GC’s. From a Gas Purification System, purified gases can be supplied to a number of Gas Chromatographs through Gas Control Boxes when each instrument requires different delivery pressure & flow. Gas Control Box is generally installed between Gas Purification system and Gas Chromatograph. It consist of pressure gauge, pressure regulator and toggle valves. This also isolates system. Our range of Gas Control Box is manufactured using quality raw material and is catering to the requirements of aroma chemicals, edible oil refinery and petro-chemical industries. Our range of Gas Control Box can be installed on a Wall or Instrument Table and can be supplied as per the clients’ specific requirements. |

Standard system consists of a panel incorporating gas controls and purification traps for four gases in a unit, namely, Nitrogen, Helium, Hydrogen and Zero Air. Frequent changeover of carrier gas from Helium to Nitrogen is required for certain Gas Chromatographic applications. Hence, Gas Selector Box is used for the selection between two gases of different types. This uses a special Gas Sampling Valve which takes care of leakage problems especially faced while using Helium. Two types of gas selector box are available one with selector valve, pressure gauge & toggle valve, another with only two toggle valve. |
Generally a Gas Purification System is supplied to cater the need for a number of Gas Chromatographs. In order to make each Gas Chromatograph operationally independent, one has to use a Mini Gas Station with each Gas Chromatograph with ON/OFF valve for each gas. These are normally fitted on the wall or the Instrument table from where the Gas Purification Panel is visible to indicate the gas inlet & the delivery pressure to the instrument.

High efficiency Silica gel & Molecular sieves are used for the purpose of removing moisture from the carrier gas. Silica gel is of indicating type changing its colour from blue to pink on uses which have high moisture capacity. The shape of the molecular sieves is spherical, which yields high mechanical strength & low dusting. Both the materials are of regenerate type. Silica gel Material : When the colour of silica gel material changes from blue to white then it needs to be regenerated by keeping the silica gel material in oven at around 110 0 C. The normal time frame for regeneration is approx. 2 – 3 Hrs. Molecular Sieve Material : The regeneration of molecular sieve should be done along with the silica gel & the regeneration is done by heating the material in oven at around 125 0 C for approx. 2 – 3 Hrs. |
Inline Micron Filters are used to remove dust particles from respective gases . Gas Purification panel removes impurity which are in vapours (gases) form. Cylinder being M.S Body has the tendency to illute dust particles, these particles may come in the line and may go to gas chromatograph. Micron filters are very essential to avoid this particles.

Tubing’s are available in Stainless Steel, Copper, Nylon & Teflon in different Size. It is specially made for chromatograph use. Tubing is good in strength, flexible & in capillary form. Tubings are available in different sizes such as: 1/16”, 1/8”, ¼, 3/8”, ½” & 1” &. Other sizes on request. |
Manifold system is connected with the Gas cylinder through flexible tail pipe called Pigtail. It is made up of Teflon tubing (inside) and exterior SS wire braided with flexible protection. The end connectors are suitably designed to fit on the Gas cylinder, Regulator as well as Manifold systems.

Cylinder mounting brackets are used to mount cylinder on wall to avoid down fall of cylinder. There are two types of cylinder mounting brackets available one with wall mounting and another with floor mounting Advantage of our Cylinder Trolley is its smooth mechanical working which helps in easy transportation of the Gas Cylinders. The wheels are made up of high strength polymer material, which move freely on its axle & have longer life. |
